These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the RidePixel platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by RidePixel (“RidePixel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing the RidePixel customer portal, signing in to your account, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
The RidePixel platform is intended for use by:
- Advertisers purchasing advertising placements
- Agencies or brand partners managing campaigns
- Transportation companies participating as fleet partners
- Authorized representatives of those organizations
By creating an account or accessing the platform, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
2. Account Registration and Access
To access certain Services, users may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify RidePixel immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account
RidePixel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Platform Purpose
The RidePixel platform provides tools and information related to:
- Transit advertising campaigns
- Campaign management and reporting
- Market and inventory availability
- Fleet partnership participation
- Media kit and advertising resources
Platform features may evolve over time as RidePixel expands its network.
4. Advertising Inventory and Availability
RidePixel operates through a network of independent transportation partners across various markets.
As a result:
- Vehicle counts, routes, and advertising placements vary by market
- Inventory availability is subject to change
- Campaign placements are not guaranteed until confirmed by RidePixel
All advertising campaigns are subject to final availability and approval.
5. Campaign Purchases and Agreements
Campaign purchases, advertising placements, and sponsorships may require a separate written agreement or insertion order (IO).
Such agreements will outline:
- Campaign scope
- Pricing
- Duration
- Creative specifications
- Payment terms
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will control.
6. Acceptable Use
Users of the RidePixel platform agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the system
- Interfere with platform functionality or security
- Upload harmful or malicious code
- Misrepresent their identity or affiliation
RidePixel may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, designs, trademarks, and materials on the RidePixel platform are owned by RidePixel or its licensors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Advertisers retain ownership of their advertising creative, subject to any campaign agreements.
8. Data and Privacy
RidePixel may collect and process certain information related to:
- Account usage
- Campaign activity
- Platform interactions
Such information is handled in accordance with the RidePixel Privacy Policy.
9. Platform Availability
RidePixel strives to maintain reliable access to the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The platform may experience:
- Maintenance interruptions
- System updates
- Temporary outages
RidePixel is not responsible for damages resulting from platform downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RidePixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or Services.
RidePixel’s total liability related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable campaign or service.
11. Termination
RidePixel may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- The platform is being misused
Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
RidePixel may update these Terms periodically.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which RidePixel is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
